The National Parks Development Committee, in partnership with Innovative Noise Collective presents Concert at the Park features “Noises at the Park”. Change the way you perceive sound with a night of rapid electro fringe experimentation on sound and moving image with VJing (Video Jockeying), intermedia performances, cutting-edge experimental music and related visual arts, videos & others.
